Produced Water and Reuse

Improving Well Performance

Oil and Gas Solutions monitors well performance using the pumping well pressure and the rate of barrels being pumped to calculate and monitor your well’s Injectivity.

We recommend programs to improve your well Injectivity (barrels/∆P), and prevent acid jobs by increasing the injection rate, lowering well pressure, or both.

With real-time Injectivity Index monitoring, you can take immediate proactive actions for improvement, instead of waiting for issues to require remediation.

Water Reuse

Oil and Gas Solutions engineers water re-use applications supplying engineering, equipment and design for simple applications such as gray water, to complex produced water applications that have the potential of saving millions of gallons of freshwater resources.

For new and existing plants, Oil and Gas Solutions' integrated approach considers plant design, operating conditions, personnel resources, available water conditions, and operating budget to design a personalized re-use solution to meet your discharge and water re-use needs.

Not only does a re-use solution help you conserve millions of gallons of water resources for ongoing drilling and completion operations, wastewater reuse can create a revenue stream by generating recycled water for frac water, completion brine, and freshwater re-use.

Facility and Well Integrity

Our asset integrity program is designed to proactively identify and eliminate failures through engineering and chemical inhibition programs designed to prevent corrosion from MIC, CO², under deposit, H²S or O². We provide all necessary engineering, equipment, maintenance and monitoring services. Our monitoring services and recommendations throughout the process allow you to fully understand the root cause of the problem, our approach, control measures, and any associated costs that may be involved.

Our pre-inspection and cleaning programs will get your system clean by removing built-up debris from the well tubing, lines and tanks, you can count on your inhibitors actually adhering to system surfaces to improve effectiveness to ensure the integrity of your facility equipment and well.
