The ChemSmart system can be equipped with multiple sensors to help control the treatment process. These sensors include corrosion probes, pressure sensors, temperature sensors, wall thickness sensors, fluid level sensors, electrical resistance sensors, magnetic flux leakage sensors, pipeline pig sensors, electromagnetic or acoustic transducers, and oxygen, H2S or CO2 sensors. These sensors determine when a batch is started and under what conditions the batch is completed.

The ChemSmart system improves performance by automating treatment, reducing chemical usage, and ensuring that the right amount of chemical is used at the right time. The system is highly efficient and provides maximum performance while minimizing the need and coordiantion for on site personnel and treating trucks.
